We are proud to announce that a full-fledged UNESCO Center has been officially inaugurated at L.T.K. College, Azad, Lakhimpur, under the banner of the RCUN-NER UNESCO Association, Guwahati.
The inauguration ceremony took place on 7th April 2025, and was graciously led by Dr. Aswini Kumar Sarma, Executive Director of the Association.
