The college has introduced Mentor-Mentee System so as to provide guidance to students in their time of need and to improve their overall development. The Mentor-Mentee System is operated at the departmental level by dividing the students of the department into groups and assigning teachers to groups as mentors. Then the mentor keeps track of his/her mentee in various spheres especially academic and extra-curricular activities. Through the implementation of the Mentor-Mentee System, the institution has expanded the scope of its teaching-learning process beyond the walls of the classroom. The college's authorities and the instructors are readily available to the pupils.
